Deans Knight announced the completion of a Secured Term Loan investment in California Trailers LLC, Hawaiian Trailers LLC, and Oregon Trailers LLC.
Deans Knight Capital Management (“Deans Knight”), an independent provider of private credit to North American middle market enterprises, is the sole lender in the transaction.
Headquartered in Sacramento, California, California Trailers LLC, Hawaiian Trailers LLC, and Oregon Trailers LLC (the “Company”) operates dealerships that provide a variety of trailers and trailer accessories including utility, cargo, adventure, and specialty trailers which are used in recreational, agricultural, and industrial applications. The Company also acts as a subcontractor on the provision and operation of camps that support natural disaster relief efforts in California. The Company currently operates six dealerships across California, Hawaii, and Oregon.
